Packet Pick-Up Info
To pick up your own race packet, NO PAPER REQUIRED. You will not need a paper copy of your confirmation email or form. If you save the confirmation QR code to your smart phone, just show that. Otherwise, knowing your bib number is easiest for our volunteers but with the CheckIn app, we can find you by name too!
To find your bib number and verify your registration information go to "Find A Participant" on the Frosty 5K RunSignUp page or click Frosty 5K on RunSignUp to go directly to the page. Look up your registration using your first and last name as used during registration. If you registered on RunSignUp, you can also login to view your profile and your Frosty 5K registration.
To have another individual pick up your Participant Packet-NO MORE PAPER REQUIRED!
Just be sure it is coordinated so they know and you know they are picking up for you. Picking up a large group? Email us with your list of names, who is picking up and which packet pick up so we can be prepared in advance.

Directions
Twin Lakes Park, 6700 Clark Road, Sarasota, FL I-75 Exit 205, SR 72/Clark Road, 1/2 mile east of I-75
Parking & and moving about the venue: Lots of easy, free parking available.
Enter Twin Lakes via the main entrance off Clark Road into Twin Lakes Park and use the paved, lined parking areas to the right or continue and park in the large grass areas beyond the intersection between the baseball fields. OR proceed another 0.2 miles on Clark Road to Ibis Street. Turn right on Ibis Street, 0.3 miles, turn right into Twin Lakes Park and plenty of parking is available in the grass areas to the left between the baseball fields.
Use caution when arriving and moving about the park. Swales and low lying areas frequently contain standing water. We recommend you stay on the designated roads, sidewalks and footpaths.

Course Description
The course is all on paved surfaces with the start and finish at the same location within Twin Lakes Park.
TRANSFERS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Registrations are non-refundable. Timely transfers to the Virtual Frosty 5K (additional fees for shipping your race swag may apply) or transfers to another individual initiated at least 10 days prior to the event are allowed for any reason, just notify us via email and be sure to receive confirmation.
Frosty 5K is a rain-or-shine event; however, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to severe, inclement weather; emergency; natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers' control. In the event of cancellation due factors beyond the organizers' control, participants will be given the option to transfer to the Virtual Frosty 5K and notified how to pick up their race packets and medal.

Starting and finishing within Twin Lakes Park on the park road between the FC Sarasota soccer complex and the soccer field adjacent to the pavilion area. The course is completely on prepared asphallt surfaces from the park, through the adjacent neighborhoods, and returning to the park...no dense, dewy grass or crushed gravel paths.
